Meet our Home Office Staff
Our Home Office staff based in Nashville,TN works to shepherd and serve the needs of team members serving on the field. We also handle recruitment & training of new team members, donor support & communications, and development of teaching & training materials.
Dave Dillard
Dave has worked with SGI since 1993 and currently serves as the Executive
Director. Dave’s passion is to help everyday people use their gifts and talents to
serve in Muslim communities.
Lisa Harris
Lisa serves as the Director of Team Development. After she recruits you
and sends you to Iraq, her job is to keep you fruitful and healthy. Lisa has been
with SGI since 2004.
Kay Dokkestul
Kay is in charge of all curriculum and training associated with the
schools in Iraq. She lived in Iraq with her family in 2003 and has been with us ever
since.
Kim Goddard
Kim is our Office Manager. She handles all donor questions, gifts, receipts
and in general keeps the office alive and in order. Kim has been with SGI since 1995.
